Shipping Policies:

To make certain and ensure that your orders gets delivered to you in the fastest time, we ship our products through well-known agencies.
Our products are tested multiple times before dispatch and are shipped using best packing standards.
Any claim by the Purchaser for non or incorrect delivery must be advised to NevonSolutions within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
If you receive damaged product or any other product in place of ordered products, we shall make our best efforts to ensure that replacement delivery or refund is made to you at the earliest. For this, you can Call our Customer Support +91 9967359776 mentioning your order ID number.
You can track your shipping status of your order on our website, by logging onto our website and by clicking Track Package section or through the mail after which you receive after placing the order.
Your products will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the components, Price details, GST and total amount.
Shipping Partners & Carriers:

Our company uses Fedex, Delhivery, Aramex, DHL, UPS to ship products to customers to their desired destination.
We also ship through India Post to remote locations on customer requests. We can’t guarantee to act in accordance, this is due to shipment content is checked and by the post office before accepting. If they encounter or feel that the product may be damaged, then they will not undertake the shipment.

Shipping Time:

We ensure and take best efforts to ship your order within the same day, 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.
We can guarantee a delivery time of maximum 5 days to anywhere in India, but once shipped from NevonSolutions, the courier company is responsible for shipment delivery.
Each shipping carriers have their own methods; intermediate transit locations and delivery time is thus not predictable.
Pre Plan your order to allow sufficient time for delivery instead of last-minute orders.

Refund & Replacement Policy:

We assure to provide high quality products as mentioned in our website. With an aim to protect customers from shipping damage, product mismatch or parts missing etc. we are providing 10 days’ time from the date of order delivery to report the complaint by contacting our customer support +91 9967359776 and request for refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details and will contact you with the replacement details. Our experts will verify the issue reported once we receive the product, we will then send the replacement products to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. If we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will provide refund.

Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5 to 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
